Born in Tennessee, Jeff practiced law in New York City and Washington, D.C. for a decade before moving to the Hudson Valley and seeking a more inwardly rewarding career.
He honed his skills and knowledge of regionally-appropriate landscape creation techniques at a well-known firm specializing in creating artistic and environmentally-focused landscapes before opening Hudson Valley Natural Landscapes LLC. He possesses a Professional Permaculture Design certificate from Oregon State University.
In his spare time, Jeff is an avid trail runner, hiker, and home gardener and enjoys cooking, film, and music, and suffers from an irrational love of most Detroit-adjacent sports teams.
